Railroad Constructors, Inc. was founded by the Daloisio's in 1982, and has grown to become one of the country's leading providers of railroad track services. RCI's well trained and experienced staff utilizes a large compliment of modern track equipment to complete large production rail, tie and surfacing projects throughout the United States.
In 2008, we began providing mobile flash-butt welding services throughout the country. Railroad Constructors' mobile flash-butt welder is the ONLY high speed rail compliant, self-aligning mobile welding unit in the United States. This high tech welding head automatically aligns the rails prior to beginning the welding process, then self tests each weld prior to finishing the process. The entire process is done AUTOMATICALLY! RCI has provided flash-butt welding services to multiple transit agencies, Class 1 railroads, short-line railroads and AMTRAK.
